Mint Financial is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Assistant to join our in-office team and support the day-to-day operations of our growing financial firm.
About the Role:
You will report directly to the owner of Mint Financial and play a critical role in keeping the business organized and efficient. This is not a remote position — we are seeking someone reliable and present to be an integral part of our office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct administrative support to the company owner
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Organize and maintain digital and physical files
Assist in processing client files and documentation
Follow up with clients, vendors, and internal team members
Draft emails, letters, and basic reports as needed
Answer phones and greet in-office visitors with professionalism
Help maintain a clean and organized workspace
Perform general office tasks such as data entry, ordering supplies, and handling mail
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer programs
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
