Position: Bilingual Secretary / Administrative Assistant
Location: Tamiami Airport Area – About SW 137th Ave & 143rd Street, Miami, FL
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We’re seeking a reliable, bilingual Secretary fluent in English and Spanish to join our team. This role involves a mix of office administration, customer communication, and digital support. Construction experience is a plus but not a must. Full training will be provided by our current secretary to ensure a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general day-to-day office and administrative support (but not limited to)
Manage emails, phone calls, and scheduling
Prepare and manage reports, spreadsheets, and business documents
Use QuickBooks for invoicing and record-keeping
Post and update social media content (Facebook, etc.)
Assist with website updates and basic digital tasks
Interact professionally with clients and vendors
Run office errands as needed
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish
Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, CRM and Microsoft Word
knowledge and familiarity with WordPress, websites and social media tools such as Canva.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Must have a reliable car and valid driver’s license
Friendly, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Construction industry knowledge is a plus, but not required
Prior experience in office administration is preferred
Compensation:
Training Pay: $16/hour (about 2weeks)
Starting Pay (Post-Training): $18/hour
