Commercial Real Estate office is looking for an Administrative Assistant in the Miami Springs Area.
This position requires computer skills and reliable transportation. Candidate will assist property manager with collections, deposits, showing spaces, and driving to the properties to do inspections, and other tasks as assigned.
Must be well-organized, well-spoken, motivated, and have a working knowledge of the following programs: basic Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel. Must have experience with QuickBooks.
Must be bilingual (English-Spanish).
Previous experience in office management or as an administrative assistant required.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5:00 PM.
