Granite Fabrication company in Hialeah is looking for an Admin. Assistant / Sales Associate with passion for customer service and great organization skills.
Position will include:
Prepare estimates and follow up with potential clients.
Coordinate with Project Managers, scheduling measurements, templates and installation times.
Assist with purchasing of slabs, coordinate delivery and maintain accurate inventory counts.
Coordinate customer visits.
Perform follow up calls to help close the sales.
General filing and completing multiple tasks.
Position offers 40 hours per week Monday-Friday and potentially overtime depending on whether busy season or not.
Granite experience preferred, office and some accounting experience a plus.
