Seeking an administrative assistant to join our team where they will be responsible for providing excellent client service.
Responsibilities
5 years of relevant experience in an office environment, preferably in an Account Receivable position.
Must have a strong accounting background
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
Perform General office duties.
Proficiency in Quick books and Excel is a huge plus.
Flexibility and the capacity to prioritize new tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Bilingual is a must (English and Spanish)
Communicate with clients and provide support to professionals.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Self-organization
The perfect candidate will have a strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles, Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
