This shift is for Saturday thru Wednesday from 12am to 8am (Overnight Shift).
- Greet and open all doors for persons entering and exiting the building.
- Park all residents’ or guests’ vehicles unless otherwise informed.
- Secure and identify keys of parked cars.
- Announce all visitors, guests or service personnel to residents or management office and enter in log. Provide access to units upon owner’s request.
- Maintain a neat and orderly shift log of all activities and report all incidents.
- Assist residents with luggage, packages, or groceries.
- Receive deliveries, enter in log and secure or deliver items as instructed: including mail, packages and newspapers.
- Answer telephones and take messages.
- Maintain entrance and lobby in a neat and clean condition: including cleaning door and fixed panel glass.
- Maintain a safe environment.
- When leaving post inform your counterpart in the other building and management when appropriate.
- Maintain, monitor and be in a state of high alert of the Fire Control System and the Security System at all times.
- Respond to emergencies and assist if needed. In case of death, injury or accidents, call the appropriate authorities.
- Maintain a First Aid Station.
- Accountability and maintenance of doormen’s equipment.
- Night shifts are to make inspection rounds of the building, parking areas, grounds and cabanas pursuant to operating instructions.
- Confront suspicious and unauthorized persons on the property. Call the police when necessary.
- Be available to assist residents or other employees with any reasonable requests including, but not limited to:
- Start cars or charge batteries with house charger
- Help with deliveries
- Assist caterers
- Replace light bulbs
- Sweep & Mop floors
- Move furniture
- Pump up bicycle tires
- Open cabanas
- Pick up litter

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
