We are a renowned T-shirt screen printing company based in Miami, FL, with over 35 years of industry experience. Our team of over 100 employees and annual revenue exceeding $20 million demonstrate our success and stability. We work with high-profile clients, including Carnival Cruise Lines, MSC Crociere, Royal Caribbean, Hard Rock International, and the American Red Cross. As we expand, we are eager to grow our in-house art team with exceptionally talented individuals who are passionate about their craft.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Collaborating with our top artists: You'll be essential in transforming creative visions into final production-ready artwork, ensuring all designs meet high-quality standards.
Managing design modifications: You’ll work on adjusting artwork for various apparel, perfecting elements like scaling, positioning, and recoloring while maintaining the integrity of the original design.
Handling multiple projects: With our dynamic workflow, you’ll manage several tasks simultaneously, from preparing digital files for screen printing to executing design adjustments based on customer feedback.
Technical precision: You'll ensure all files are print-ready by meticulously reviewing them for accuracy in layout, color, and size, helping to streamline the production process.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
A keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience collaborating with team members and customers to ensure the delivery of top-quality products.
This is a full-time, in-house position based at our Miami, FL location.
Compensation:
$50,000 starting
