I hope this find you well. My name is Tammy. I am a CHIEF CAREGIVING OFFICER for an exclusive senior home healthcare service based in Palm Beach Conty. I also serve as the Area Director of the Southeast Florida Elder Care Planning Council. My goal for posting here today is to connect with an experienced and gifted communicator to fill the role of Liaison & Engagement Officer for this awesome company I founded a few years ago.
This post is to help you understand my needs and see if what I am looking for is in alignment with the kind of work that feeds your soul, pays you well, and makes the world a better place.
First, let me tell you a little bit about my company. I’m going to be biased, and if you think so too, I don’t blame you. And you may be right, but you have to come to work with me to see how awesome my company is and why the families we serve, sing our praises to their friends, neighbors, doctors, and their fellow parishioners.
I need an experienced and gifted communicator because I recently launched a new department. This department will help frail, older adults and those who are challenged with chronic illnesses and multiple comorbidities.
What I need from this experienced and gifted communicator is to help my audience find the right care at the right stage of life.
This person will help with small, 5-15 minute talks on who we are, the special people we care for, the transformative results we bring, the life enhancement we promote, and the limitless joy we experience.
This is a part-time opportunity and it has three main roles and responsibilities:
Delivering small talks and information sessions
Sharing with hospital, rehabilitation facilities, home health care agencies, churches, and social groups about the awesome work we
do
Helping our clients to build engagement, trust, and reliability in the work we do
