Job Title: Attorney Trainer – Lender Liability & Consumer Finance

Position Overview
Our law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to deliver a one-time, comprehensive training session focused on debt validation strategies within the context of lender liability. This role is ideal for a seasoned legal professional with a deep understanding of consumer credit laws and a passion for educating others.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and present a 3-hour training session on debt validation letters and lender liability considerations.
Provide insights into applicable federal statutes and their practical applications.
Equip trainees with the knowledge to assist clients who are current on their credit card payments but are seeking relief from high monthly obligations.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in lender liability law.
Demonstrated expertise in the following federal statutes:
o Truth in Lending Act (TILA)
o Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
o Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
o Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA)
o Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act (CARD Act)
o Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA)
o Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA)
o Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA)
o Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA)
o Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)

Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong background in debt validation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proven track record of effective legal training or teaching is a plus.
