Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Carpenter who is detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about outdoor construction. You’ll work on a variety of custom residential projects, collaborating closely with our team to ensure each project is completed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials for outdoor structures
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans
Build and install framing, decking, fencing, pergolas, privacy screens, and other outdoor features
Ensure all work meets safety guidelines and quality standards
Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors as needed
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Requirements:
3+ years of carpentry experience (outdoor or residential construction preferred)
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Proficient with power tools, hand tools, and construction equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Must be punctual, professional, and team-oriented
