Real Estate Investment Company in Boca Raton looking to hire a Property Maintenance Technician/Handyman to work on our properties all over South Florida. Looking for someone based in Palm Beach County or St Lucie County. Company Vehicle to be provided. You do not need to live in Boca Raton. You will not come to the main office that often.
Compensation: $18+ Per Hour. Salary Negotiable Based on Skill Set

Qualifications
Previous experience in residential apartments/Homes or handy man services a plus
Experience with maintenance tools and equipment
Access to personal tools
Ability to handle physical workload
Plumbing - Electrical - Carpentry - Appliance Repair - HVAC
HVAC certified a plus
Deadline and detail-oriented
Must be able to work flexible hours and some weekends
Fluent in a second language is a plus.
