We will train the right candidate to do the following job description:
Preparing Ingredients: Measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients according to recipes.
Operating Equipment: Using ovens, mixers, and other baking equipment.
Baking: Monitoring oven temperatures, adjusting settings, and ensuring proper baking times.
Maintaining Quality: Ensuring baked goods meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Food Safety: Adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
Inventory Management: Ordering and maintaining supplies of baking ingredients and materials.
Cleaning and Organization: Keeping the workspace and equipment clean and organized.
