Pad Printing Operator

Starting Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hr.

What You’ll Do:
As a Pad Printing Operator, you’ll operate and maintain specialized printing equipment to deliver precise and consistent results. You’ll follow production schedules, document your work accurately, and support a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain pad printing machines.
- Prepare materials and mix inks according to job specifications.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accurate print alignment, clarity, and color
consistency.
- Rework or touch up any defective prints as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Accurately log production output and materials usage.
- Identify and correct issues during the printing process.
- Clean and maintain equipment per company procedures.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Physical & Visual Requirements:
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to perform fine motor tasks with consistency.
- Ability to visually inspect small, printed details, colors, and alignment with precision.
- Must be able to work with small tools and components for extended periods.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience with pad printing equipment preferred.
- Manufacturing or production experience a plus.
- Familiarity with ink mixing and printing techniques.
- Basic math skills, particularly for mixing ratios.
- Strong sense of quality control and detail orientation.
- Effective team communication skills and a positive attitude.
