16-room short-term rental/hospitality property in Miami Beach is hiring a hands-on Onsite Manager to assist with daily operations, property upkeep, general maintenance work, and repairs. We’re looking for someone reliable and proactive— supporting housekeeping teams, making general repairs, checking rooms before check-ins, responding to guest needs, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
-Perform light maintenance (painting, filter changes, minor plumbing, lock issues, etc.)
-Walk the property daily to ensure it’s clean, safe, and guest-ready
-Support housekeeping operations and coordinate outside vendors
-Respond to guest concerns or on-site issues promptly and professionally
-Track tasks and updates using mobile apps such as Slack, Asana, and Breezeway
-Assist with larger repairs by coordinating with contractors
-Manage inventory: order supplies, manage deliveries, and keep storage areas organized
-Oversee general property maintenance and upkeep
Requirements:
-Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
-Maintenance or handyman experience required
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
-Must live on or near Miami Beach
-Weekend and holiday availability is required
-Comfortable using smartphone apps for team coordination
-Able to use a computer for basic tasks and property management software (PMS)
Preferred:
-Experience in hotel, hospitality, or property management
-Familiarity with AC systems, smart locks, or short-term rental technology
