AW Management Group is looking for a self-driven individual who takes initiative and can work well with others. Must
be able to multitask. Has the ability to organize and prioritize workload is essential. The Maintenance technician is
responsible for general maintenance repairs for 2 – 62-unit apartments, see job description below.
Responsibilities:
Remove/Install and maintain front door locks.
Install kitchen lamps, kitchen faucets, diverter, p-trap, sometimes sink, range hood, fix and adjust cabinet
drawers/doors, install refrigerator (or remove and install a temporary refrigerator), fix kitchen stoves and
refrigerators, such as replace fan motor and unclog refrigerator drain, replace gaskets etc., replace the stop
valves in kitchen, unclog kitchen sink, repair leaks, caulk countertop
Remove/Install hallway closet doors, sliding door tracks, passage, closet bar, hallway lamp and smoke alarm.
Remove/Install dining room lamp
Remove/Install vanity, vanity faucet, p-trap, pop up, mirror, lamp, bathroom door, privacy lock, shower system,
which includes shower handles, shower head, spout, steam, diverter, over plate, shower flange, toilet, toilet
paper holder, towel bar, stop valve, bathroom box, privacy lock, caulk bathtub, sink countertop
Unclog toilet, bathtub and vanity sink
Remove/Install bedroom door, privacy lock, closet door, sliding track, closet bar and smoke alarm
Install switch and outlets, breaker and check air conditioning status, unclog AC drain
Fix window locks and balcony door locks
Building inspection, check parking lights, exit lights, emergency lights
Unclog building backed up sewer
Fix lose railings for stairs
Remove and install mailbox locks
Check water heaters
Paint, plaster and repair vacancies
Applicant will need to provide references and be screened for credit and criminal
Paid time off and sick days
40-hour work week
$18-$19 per hour depending on experience
