Full time position, start immediately.
Must have general knowledge of patching drywall, painting, demolition etc. Our team needs a light duty handy man to assist in mostly prepping tenants units from move out to move in. Patching holes, painting walls and doors, add or repair bathroom sinks and toilets, ceiling tile replacement. Whatever the unit needs to get ready for the new tenants. Other areas would be occasional line striping parking lots, light repairs of concrete and asphalt. These would all be commercial warehouse and offices. No residential.
If you speak English, have a clean valid Florida drivers license and a basic understanding of maintenance issues we are interested in working with you. 40 hours plus each week. Must be able to work independently and efficiently. $20 to $25 per hour starting rate depending on your experience level. Rapid advancement encouraged. We run 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.
