Groundskeeper

Groundskeeper needed for vacation rental property - one location. Duties include pulling/treating weeds, cleaning pool deck and other sidewalk surfaces; washing windows, outside pool and beach furniture, emptying trash receptacles and other yard and outside property duties as needed. Days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 4 hours a day. Must be authorized to work in U.S.; speak English and have reliable transportation. Background check performed.
