Drywall Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities:
Supervision and Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to a team of technicians, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations. Ensure that all team members adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations.
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers.
Check quality of steel stud, board, and tape.
Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other subcontractors.
Read and interpret construction drawings.
Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Safety procedures and company policies.
Prepare QA/QC reports.
Prepare work progress reports.
Perform installs when required
Job Requirements:
English speak, Spanish (preferred)
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the drywall industry.
Minimum 5 to 10 years experience years of experience.
Strong knowledge of insulation and drywall installation techniques, materials, and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suites.
Authorized to work in the US legally
Proficiency in the use of iPad/ Tablet.
A possible work truck will be made available after preliminary discussions
Education and Certifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred).
Relevant industry certifications or licenses (e.g., OSHA certification, trade-specific licenses).
Valid driver’s license

Salary Range: $80,000-100,000
