We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Drug Testing Specialist to perform drug screenings for our company as part of our employee onboarding and compliance process. This role is critical in ensuring a safe and compliant workplace environment.
Responsibilities:
-Administer and monitor drug tests (urine, hair, or saliva-based) according to federal and state regulations
-Maintain accurate records and documentation of test results
-Ensure strict chain-of-custody procedures are followed
-Work closely with HR to schedule and coordinate testing
-Provide guidance on test result interpretation and next steps
-Ensure confidentiality and professionalism throughout the process
Requirements:
-Experience in drug testing or a related medical/clinical field preferred
-Knowledge of DOT, SAMHSA, or other regulatory drug testing guidelines is a plus
-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
-Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information
-Certification in drug collection (preferred, not required)
