Position Overview:
We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Associate to join our team with 1-2 years of experience. This is a full time in-office position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm.
Responsibilities include:
Quoting air, ocean, in-land, and international freight
Providing shipment status updates to clients
Coordinating with warehouse staff for repacking and order picking
Resolving customer inquiries and complaints
Using logistics software (Magaya or similar), Excel, Word, and Outlook
Communicating clearly via email and offering excellent customer service
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish
Experience in freight forwarding or logistics
Strong written communication and organizational skills
Authorized to work in the U.S.
