Handyman/ Groundskeeper needed for Doral home
Responsibilities:
Outside responsibilities include maintaining the pool and jacuzzi and outdoor areas including lighting, leaf blowing. Assist and supervise the gardener with special projects, paint touch up, maintain outdoor kitchen, clean and maintain outdoor furniture and hurricane preparations. Maintain and service the cars, make sure all registrations are up to date, gas tank is full, run errands.
Inside responsibilities include general maintenance, change a/c filters, make sure internet, alarm, generator, tvs are all in working order, change light bulbs, paint touch up, assist the housekeeper with special projects.
Must be fluent in Spanish and have at least a basic understanding of English, Must be able to legally work in the US.Must be available M-F 8-4 and available for overtime when necessary.
