What You’ll Be Doing
Recruiting & Hiring
Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for:
Sales roles: In-Home Sales Consultants, Appointment Setters
Field Canvassing roles: Door-to-Door Canvassers, Team Leads
Office/Admin roles: Customer Service, Scheduling, Permitting, Data Entry, Reception
Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and strategy.
Create and post job ads tailored for high visibility and performance on platforms.
Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates using a blend of referral networks, job boards, and manual outreach.
Structure and coordinate effective interview panels, ensuring compliance and consistency.
Extend offers and guide candidates through onboarding.
Talent Strategy & Hiring Manager Partnership
Act as a strategic advisor to sales leaders, canvass managers, and department heads.
Analyze hiring trends and pipeline data to adjust sourcing strategies quickly.
Train and coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and compliance.
Maintain hiring workflows and ensure timely communication across all stages of the process.
Brand & Community Engagement
Represent Guardian’s brand and values at job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach efforts.
Participate in projects that support Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives.

What You Bring
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong sourcing skills (Indeed, Boolean, social media, local job boards, etc.).
Experience hiring for sales, canvass, or customer service/admin teams preferred.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and process-driven.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to multitask across multiple roles and priorities.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites, career fairs, or hiring events as needed.
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.
