About us
Heal Me Massage is a small business located in Pompano Beach, Florida. We have been in business for about 9 years now. We offer a medical approach to massage therapy. Our goal is to improve the quality of life of all of our clients through massage therapy. This job position will begin as a Part-time, but can become Full-time. Responsibilities
● Provide professional quality massages
● Use the appropriate/specific technique based on client needs and health issues to provide the best-possible experience.
● Maintain a clean and sterile work environment
● Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure safe work environment
● Educate clients about their health needs and provide treatments that help them feel better.
● Report any unusual incidents to management, including those that may arise from client interactions or adverse events
● Maintain personal skills and knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively treat clients.
● Adhere to policies that govern the work environment, including safety practices and confidentiality standards
Qualifications & Experience:
● License to practice massage therapy in the state of Florida. LMT License is required.
● We will consider applicants without any experience, but are eager to learn and grow.
● 3.5 GPA or higher obtained from massage school.
● Experience in sales is a plus but not required.
● Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment
● Ability to communicate effectively with clients. We are looking for someone who can quickly learn our systems and protocols. We will train you on how to treat and provide value to clients through your genuine professional care and massage treatments.
Job Type: Part-Time (it can become a Full-time job in a short amount of time)
Salary: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
