Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Dental Lab Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure quality control, and lead our skilled team of dental technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental laboratory workflows, team leadership, and digital dentistry technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management: Supervise production processes, optimize workflows, and ensure timely case completion.

Quality Assurance: Maintain strict quality control standards and compliance with FDA, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations.

Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage dental technicians, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Client Relations: Communicate effectively with dentists and clinics to meet case specifications and resolve concerns.

Technology & Equipment: Oversee CAD/CAM, 3D printing, and traditional lab techniques, ensuring proper equipment maintenance.

Inventory & Budget Control: Manage lab supplies, procurement, and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Certified Dental Technician (CDT) preferred or equivalent education/experience.

✅ 3+ years of dental lab experience, with 1+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.

✅ Expertise in fixed and removable prosthetics (crowns, bridges, dentures, implants).

✅ Proficiency in digital dentistry (CAD/CAM, 3D scanning, milling).

✅ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
