Seeking a long-term ( 6 month or more) Live-in position as a Home Health Aide (HHA).
Transportation required to and from residence, plus errands, grocery shopping and Doctors visits.
Restrictions: no heavy lifting over 24 pounds.

Personal Care
● Assist clients with ADLs-daily living activities: eating, bath, dress, groom, bathroom needs.
● Provide mobility support and use of assistive devices such as wheelchairs, walkers, and lift systems.
● Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or emotional conditions.
Schedule and coordinate medical appointments and transportation.
Health Care
● Administer prescribed medications under the supervision of a healthcare professional.
● Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
● Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress.
Prompt response to emergencies, basic first aid or CPR as needed.
Specialized Health Care:
● Assist with care for clients with chronic illnesses, physical disabilities, or cognitive impairments,
including memory loss.
● Cooperate with medical professionals to provide individualized care plans.
Meals and Household Tasks:
● Shop, prepare and serve nutritious meals that adhere to dietary restrictions.
● Perform light housekeeping : launder clothes and bedding, dishwashing, and
organize kitchen and living areas.
● Manage errands, including grocery shopping and pharmacy pickups.
Social and Emotional Support:
● Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
● Assist with socialization and connections with family and friends.
● Support clients to maintain independence and dignity.
