Sous Chef: 3-5 years of line cook/kitchen management experience in high volume, fast paced restaurant is recommended.
Line Cooks: 1-2 years line cook experience in high volume, fast paced restaurant is recommended.
Prep Cooks: 1-2 years kitchen experience recommended. Must be able to follow recipes and have proficient knife and organization skills.
