We are a Restaurant located at West Miami. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated line cook to join our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a line cook, you will be responsible for preparing food items according to recipes and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and food items according to recipes and menu specifications.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work station at all times.
Cook and plate food items to meet presentation guidelines.
Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.
Monitor food stock levels and communicate needs to the kitchen manager.
Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
Assist with inventory and ordering as needed.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and sanitation regulations
Proven experience as a line cook minimum 2 years
