Job Description:

As our Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of healthy and delicious pastries that reflect our commitment to quality and creativity. You will work closely with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and ensure that all baked goods meet our high standards. Your passion for pastry and attention to detail will play a crucial role in enhancing our menu and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and prepare a diverse range of healthy pastries, desserts, and baked goods, including both classic and innovative options.

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and seasonal offerings.

- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.

- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient production.

- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.

- Keep up-to-date with food trends and incorporate them into menu offerings.

- Ensure that all pastries are presented beautifully and consistently.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a pastry chef in a café or restaurant setting.

- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry-making processes.

- Creativity and passion for healthy cooking and innovative recipes.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.

- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
