After 10 years of award winning beer making, 26th Degree Brewery has just opened a kitchen on site. We are looking for experienced cooks with positive attitudes to be part of our team. The menu, designed by award winning Miami chef and restaurateur Daniel Serfer, is full of comfort food specials that match the relaxed vibe and stellar beers. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years experience in a from scratch, fast paced kitchen, but we can make exceptions if someone has a amazing attitude. We need a prep cook to be our anchor, and 1 each super star grill and saute cook that are willing to grow into a sous chef type role. We are open reasonable hours so you wont be working too late, and have morning and lunch shifts available.
