Line Cook Qualifications:
● Minimum of 1-2 years of line cook experience in a restaurant, fast casual or quick
service dining environment, or culinary setting
● ServSafe certification and any other local or State certifications required by the
company or government
● Strong organizational and execution skills
● Team player with great communication abilities
● Knowledge of various cooking methods, techniques, and cuisines
● Experience with using various kitchen equipment, knives, and utensils
● Strong understanding of food safety, health and safety regulations, sanitation
practices, including food allergens and dietary restrictions
● Must thrive under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment
● Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
● Must have a clean criminal record
● Must be fluent in spoken English and Spanish
Brand Ambassador Qualifications:
● Minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant experience as a host, expeditor, or equivalent
● ServSafe certification and any other local or State certifications required by the
company or government

Working Environment:
This is a hands-on role that requires the individual to be able to read, write, and
communicate fluently in English. This individual must be able to partake in physical
activity such as walking and standing for extended periods and squatting and lifting up
to 30 pounds at a time.
