KM/Assistant Manager/ General Manager

Being able to work efficiently under pressure and able to perform the kitchen 90% of the shift, manage up to 14 people per shift, with skills and knowledge of the following: Toast, Hot schedules, Sysco Ordering, inventories, scheduling, Team player, good communication skills, set the example on how to work fast and efficiently, respectfully guiding the team to succeed, with positive attitude, customer service skills and being able to work under pressure, (Transportation is a must).
