We’re hiring a talented Hot Station Line Cook for our Coral Gables kitchen — someone who’s not just here to cook, but ready to grow into a leadership role. If you're hungry to learn, take responsibility, and build toward becoming a kitchen manager or sous chef, this is the opportunity for you.
Weekend availability is required.
What We're Looking For:
Strong knife and hot station cooking skills (sauté, fry, broil)
A passion for food and high standards
Prior experience or culinary training preferred
Organized, dependable, works clean
Great under pressure and with a team
Valid food handler's license
Physically able to stand long hours and lift 50 lbs
What You’ll Do:
Set up and maintain a clean, stocked station
Prep sauces, marinades, garnishes, etc.
Cook menu items to spec, every time
Follow health & safety protocols
Learn daily operations and support team leads
