We are a restaurant-Wine Bar and we are looking for an experienced , passionate and enthusiastic cook to join our Kitchen team and
we are looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic fast-paced environment who can work well under pressure.
Qualifications:
Experience at least 2 years
Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more a day.
Attention to detail is a must.
Reliable and punctual.
Able to follow recipes and presentation specifications.
Be able to operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Must be knowledgeable of local and federal food handling laws and regulations.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
Must arrive to work on time, well groomed in a clean appearance.
Work with team of cooks to do prep work for other shifts when needed.
Provide excellent food quality, consistency in every dish.
Maintain a super clean area, following company guidelines and by code.
Closing shift will ensure to close kitchen with everything restocked and kitchen clean.
