Café Chéri, an elegant German-French cafe opening soon in downtown Boca Raton, is seeking experienced Cafe Operations & Prep Assistants to support our kitchen and maintain the high standards of cleanliness and quality our guests deserve.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in food prep, kitchen support, or cafe operations
- Strong work ethic and a sharp eye for detail, cleanliness, and consistency in a high-end food environment.
- Ability to follow prep instructions accurately and work efficiently under pressure
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to support all areas of cafe operations
- Punctual, dependable, and proud of delivering consistent quality
- Comfortable working in a refined, fast-paced environment
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and assist with food setup for daily service
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen, prep, and dishwashing areas
- Restock supplies and ensure all areas are organized and guest-ready
- Support the barista and front counter team during busy hours
- Help uphold the elegant, polished atmosphere
- Have a focus on quality and take pride in your work
Please Note:
- This is not a training position Prior experience is required
- Shifts are structured with 3 Cafe Operations & Prep Assistants per shift
- Hourly wage + potential performance bonuses discussed during interviews
