Looking for high-energy, self-motivated and hard-working individual for daytime Prep Cook in cafe setting. Qualified candidates must be dependable and experienced with a desire to be part of a family. Employee must be punctual and have reliable transportation. Cafe hours are Monday-Friday closing at 3:00pm - No nights or weekends! Please email resume and/or relevant work experience.
Prep Cook
-Completing all tasks, in order, on the prep list from kitchen manager
-Receiving deliveries, stocking and labeling all supplies/ingredients
-Washing, chopping and sorting ingredients like fruits, vegetables and meats
-Preparing menu items to order during breakfast and lunch service
-Washing dishes, cooking utensils and cookware, taking out trash and sanitizing kitchen
-Keeping track of ingredient inventory and communicating with kitchen and management staff to reorder accordingly
-Adhering to all relevant nutrition and sanitary regulations and standards
