Description We are in search of a Municipal Document Processing Specialist/Title Clerk to join our team located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This position is in the industry of document processing and legal services and REQUIRES experience with municipal lien searches. The role offers a short and PART-TIME contract employment opportunity. The Municipal Document Processing Specialist/Title Clerk will be responsible for verifying property information, researching unrecorded liens, coordinating with utility providers, and generating reports.Responsibilities: Accurately verify property information provided by clients using municipal websites. Research and identify unrecorded liens such as taxes, utilities, municipal liens, code violations, special assessments, and permits. Coordinate with utility providers to confirm details on water, sewer, and trash services. Accurately enter the collected information to generate reports. Handle customer inquiries and resolve them promptly and professionally.
