Receptionist

Description We are offering an opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team in the Transport industry located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This role involves providing receptionist coverage, answering phones, and transferring calls as necessary. Responsibilities: Answering inbound calls and transferring them to the appropriate department or personnel Managing a multi-line phone system to ensure efficient communication within the organization Handling any inquiries related to receptionist duties and providing accurate information to callers Maintaining a professional and organized reception area to represent the company's standards Assisting in the execution of administrative tasks when required Adhering to company policies and procedures while performing day-to-day operations Ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times Managing confidential information with discretion. Requirements Demonstrated experience in performing receptionist duties Proficiency in answering inbound calls promptly and professionally Experience in operating a multi-line phone system Ability to transfer calls to the appropriate department or individual Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of the transport industry is a plus Familiarity with basic office equipment and procedures High school diploma or equivalent education level Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
