The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage subcontractors, in collaboration with the Superintendent, for complete project responsibility.
Oversee financial aspects, including development of pay applications and subcontractor requisitions.
Participate in preconstruction activities, such as bid preparation and scope evaluation.
Ensure compliance with Owner's Contract, including project logs and notices.
Develop and maintain project schedules, working closely with the Superintendent.
Manage Subcontractor negotiations, contracts, and insurance.
Track and ensure timely permit applications, maintenance, and closures.
Troubleshoot drawing conflicts and prepare design changes as needed.
Chair meetings with Owners and stakeholders to monitor progress.
Administer quality control, safety, and compliance with regulations.
Review shop drawings and submittals for project specification compliance.
Oversee the PCO and change order processes.
Manage project close-out and final payment collection.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in commercial construction project management.
Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, contract administration, and project software.
