Assurance Roofing Services (ARS) is a rapidly-growing roofing contractor with a proud reputation for quality and professionalism. We are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team.

Position Overview:

This position reports directly to the Project Manager. In the Superintendent roll you will be responsible for overseeing the field installations for the company. This includes: Visiting multiple jobsites to ensure the company quality and production standards are being met or exceeded, attending weekly jobsite meetings, updating schedules, maintaining open communications with GC’s and internal crews, coordinating material orders, and other tasks as may be required to keep the projects flowing smoothly.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as Superintendent within the commercial roofing industry, or 5+ years as a Crew Chief. (Candidates that do not meet this requirement need not apply).

Computer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook)

Able to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Organizational, Analytical, Problem Solving and People Skills able to thrive in fast paced environment

Roofing and/or General Construction experience required

A Valid driver’s license in good standing is required

Able to climb up & down ladders to heights of 10 - 50 feet

Experience with: TPO, PVC, BUR, METAL, SHINGLES, TILE, and COATINGS but, will train the right individual

English (Required), Spanish (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will oversee production of multiple crews on multiple projects, and have regular communication with PM to ensure all aspects of the projects are running smoothly

Ensure all OSHA regulations are adhered too and enforce jobsite cleanliness.

Ensure sufficient materials are on site, and coordinate with PM to order materials as needed.

Attend weekly jobsite meetings as required.

Coordinate onsite materials delivery and crew availability.

Supervise work crews and conduct regular in-progress visits to ensure productivity goals are met or exceeded.

Communicate to PM when inspections are required

Ensure daily reports from crews are completed
