Key Responsibilities:
Develop innovative design concepts.
Produce construction documents compliant with the Florida Building Code.
Participate in all project phases, from initial design to completion.
Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
Utilize 3D modeling and visualization tools to bring designs to life.
Produce comprehensive interior design packages.
Manage projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Qualifications:
Professional degree in Architecture.
Minimum of 4 years of experience with Florida Building Code construction documents.
Continuous professional experience of 4+ years.
Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software, particularly Revit (current version) and AutoCAD.
Experience in all project phases.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a motivation to learn.
Collaborative and professional work ethic.
Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
Proficiency in production programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and SketchUp is a strong plus.
Project management experience is highly desirable.
