We are hiring a Lead Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your main job will be to call and manage leads, gather their details, and qualify them for further consultation.

Collect and enter lead information into our CRM.
Qualify leads based on set criteria.
Follow up with leads as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service or client intake, preferably in legal or medical fields.
Strong communication skills.
Comfortable using CRM software.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
