We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our moving company.
Monday -Friday 9am-5pm
Saturday 9am-12pm (alternating weekends)
This Candidate Must Possess Operations or Customer Service Exp. Moving Company Experience & Dispatch Knowledge is a plus.
Duties include :
Act as the main point of contact for our customers throughout their relocation.
Be able to effectively communicate with our customers and relay information as needed.
Address and resolve customer complaints empathetically and professionally.
Accurately document and resolve customer service issues.
Be able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Be able to handle large call volumes.
Be punctual.
Have reliable transportation to and from the office everyday.
40-45 hours a week, Payroll is weekly and this will be a 1099 position.
