Key Responsibilities:
Lead guided ATV tours through various terrains, ensuring guest safety and enjoyment.
Provide guests with safety instructions, equipment demonstrations, and riding techniques before and during the tour.
Communicate interesting facts about the area's history, wildlife, and landscape.
Perform routine checks on ATVs and equipment before and after tours.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Handle any guest concerns or emergencies in a professional and calm manner.
Assist in maintaining ATV trails and keeping the area clean and safe for guests.
Promote other activities and services offered by the company to guests.
