About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to assist with the opening and ongoing management of our GoGreen Dry Cleaning Drop Store on PGA. This position is ideal for a young professional eager to grow within a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Open and close the store daily (key-holder duties)
Provide exceptional customer service
Process and tag garments, ensuring proper department assignment
Coordinate driver pick-ups and drop-offs
Assist with marketing efforts, including managing Facebook announcements and special promotions
Support the store owner with occasional event setup
Opportunity to earn overtime during peak seasons
Serve as a strong brand representative for the store
Occasionally assist with customer order drop-offs and pick-ups as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
Enthusiastic about learning and growing within a startup environment
Flexible with scheduling when necessary
Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 35 lbs
Able to take direction well and work independently with minimal supervision
Highly responsible, reliable, and professional
Must consent to a background check and possess a valid driver’s license
