SUMMARY
Seeking a proactive and bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) to support order processing and resolve customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering a positive customer experience and ensuring satisfaction across all service touchpoints. This role offers a dynamic work environment where communication and problem-solving skills are key to success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter customer orders, credits, and invoice data with accuracy and timeliness
- Handle inquiries and concerns by phone and email, offering solutions and product information
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by providing attentive and courteous service
- Request and coordinate product samples from vendors as needed
- Monitor and respond to daily mail and faxes, writing special orders and sample requests when required
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay updated on procedures and products
- Perform general administrative tasks and support team operations as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience in customer service, call center, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in foodservice or distribution is a plus
- Comfortable with sitting for extended periods and proficient in data entry (keyboard and ten-key)
