Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Schedule and coordinate moves, ensuring accuracy in customer information and logistics
Provide quotes and explain our services and policies clearly
Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently and empathetically
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
Work closely with our dispatch and moving teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with basic computer systems and Granot software.
Previous customer service experience (moving industry experience is a plus)
Bilingual abilities are a plus
