Job Description:
As a Customer Service (Sales Assistant), you will be responsible for multitasking and being resourceful in completing various sales-related tasks. This includes processing sales orders, making outbound calls to customers, and interacting with them on a daily basis. You will also be responsible for answering customer questions, providing product recommendations, inputting transactions, updating paperwork, running errands, and assisting with account payables functions.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
