Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls.
Coordinate service assignments for technicians.
Schedule service appointments and maintain clear communication with clients in both English and Spanish.
Monitor assignment progress and effectively resolve issues as they arise.
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and service details in our system.
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Oter task will be assigned as needed.
Requirements:
Proficiency in both English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable Transportation is a must.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
English is a must
