We are looking to hire new/fulltime Bilingual Billing & Customer Service representative to join our Drayage container team. Positions will fill up fast. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm
we're on the lookout for someone who is:
Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
Skilled in CRM tool, Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment
The ideal candidate will Prepare and send invoices, track payments, investigate discrepancies, and Customer service oriented. We are face-paced offices that work hard while also enjoying our time while being at work
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and maintain clear communication with clients in both English and Spanish.
Handle customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and account discrepancies.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and payment histories.
Maintain accurate data of delivery order completed activities and service details in our system.
Prepare, verify, and process Driver settlement for jobs rendered through our DMS account data
Work closely with finance and support teams to resolve complex billing issues.
Collaborate closely with drayage departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Other tasks will be assigned as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and billing software.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Prior experience in billing support, customer service, or finance is a plus but not required.
The ability to work independently and manage billing inquiries efficiently.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
