Aloush Property Management seeking an individual with experience in customer service, bookkeeping and leasing. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to prepare bank deposits and enter rent payments in tenant's ledger.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal (Bi-Lingual is a plus)
Heavy telephone interaction, Record Keeping & Filing
Establish good relationships with tenants, vendors and contractors
Knowledge of Quick-Books- bookkeeping to process contractor & vendor payments
Review the weekly property report for delinquent accounts
Develops and maintains knowledge of properties
Rent Collection
Process move-ins, move outs and lease cancellations
Prepare 3 Day Notices
Monitor Evictions Filings
Resolves code enforcement issues
Demonstrates the ability to resolve resident complaints and resolve issues
Experience in industry software or the ability to learn software (Buildium)
Willingness to jump in and learn new tasks and systems
